Merrimack River Greenway Trail Feasibility Study (pdf)
-
Please note: This study was completed in 2011 and lots has changed in the last 10 years. The most significant changes are:
-
The availability of Pan Am Railway right-of-way between Boscawen and Horseshoe Pond was not anticipated at the time.
-
The possibility of building the downtown trail, between Horseshoe Pond and the cornfields, in conjunction with the Extension of Storrs Street, was not anticipated at the time.
-
Cost estimates are more than 10 years old and no longer considered to be valid.
-
-
Rest assured though, the MRGT is still very much feasible!
