The MRGT is already a wonderful place to take a stroll and interact with other community members. The community should embrace this project and work to complete it so that it even more will be enjoy it no matter where on the route one can access it. The trail will also be a draw to people outside of Concord, making the city a destination for biking, running, and walking along Concord’s beautiful Merrimack River

It is organizations like FMRGT that help make New Hampshire the best state in which to live work and recreate. The Merrimack River Greenway Trail is an important part of the future.

The Merrimack River Greenway Trail is destined to become one of Concord’s, and the Capital Region's, premier recreational landmarks. I envision responsible residents, families and visitors walking, running and riding bikes along the trail.

HOW COOL WOULD IT BE... Imagine if the state of NH had rail trails that you could bike, walk, or run from the VT border all the way to Mass.
